Reducing our footprint

The manufacturing processes that produce the proudly fashionable, functional and innovative Nobel Wilde garments have always been respectful of the community and the environment in which they are undertaken.

It’s time to step up.

It is time for us to make a deeper commitment to protecting our planet. Pursuant to this, we have completed a thorough audit of all our processes to identify opportunities to reduce our carbon footprint and to cease, as far as practicable, the use of non-recyclable materials.

Internally, we are implementing a range of measures aimed at sustainably reducing waste and non-recyclable resource consumption. We have made considerable progress in more sustainable sourcing and management of the resources we consume, in particular water and electricity. This project is deep and ongoing.

Our Commitment

You, our valued customer, will soon see this renewed commitment in your Noble Wilde products:

By the end of 2020, all of our packaging materials will be plastics-free, recyclable and, to the greatest extent possible, will themselves be manufactured from recycled materials.

This first phase of our Environmental Action Plan is to be followed by more fundamental and exciting developments in the Noble Wilde catalogue as we continue pursuing our aspiration to kaitiakitanga (guardianship of the environment). These will be advised in due course.
